Is your Metabolism linked to how much u sweat?

Hey, I have a very high metabolism and i sweat a lot.

Like i’ll just be sitting in school and i’ll start to sweat when its not even hot out. I heard that like if u have a fast metabolism ur body burns calories faster so u sweat more.

O and idk if this helps but my “core tempture” isn’t higher than a normal persons, in fact usally when i get my temp taken its 96.7 – 97.3 degrees.

OMG!!!! Im totally the same way!!!! And with the sweat thing, try different brands of deodorant, some work really well but then some just suck. I like Tom’s natural deo.

Is more to link with how fast your heat is beating. The rate is also higher when temperature goes up.

    Sweating can be good
If you stop sweating suddenly, it means you are severely dehydrated
    That is very bad,

But a lot of sweat is annoying and possibly embarrassing
This can be fixed with antiperspirants because deodourants just don’t do enough.

For really excessive sweat see your doctor – you might get tablets
after some tests to check It is not caused by something they can fix another way

No, sweating little or a lot doesn’t link to your metabolism……

Metabolism is the process of converting food you’ve eaten into energy.

If you’ve high metabolism, you convert food fast into energy therefore burn off “fat” (as we used to call it) easily.

If you’ve low metabolism, the opposite happens.

It’s the process your body fuel you with energy to keep you on the move, to carry out your day-to-day functions.

This guide on metabolism may help to shed more light on the subject: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/what-is-metabolism.html

Sweating a lot or a little is to do with your sweat glands. If your sweat gland happens to be active, you sweat a lot…..
