I go to the gym 4 times a week and i want to do a little extra. I was wondering what the best supplement is, (not including steroids or HGH or any pill or injection) Im just looking for something to help gain muscle quicker.

    Whey. A protein shake of about 20-40 grams of whey protein (usually 1 scoop) with some fast digesting carbs-40-60g.

    The protein aids muscle in rebuilding & the carbs fuel the process.
