I am 18 yrs old…im 5′5..weigh about 130.i like my body except my stomach.its too fat.i look pregnant sometimes.lol thats the only thing i want to get rid of.any advice??
I am suffering from severe spasm pains in my leg bones, also pain in my hips and fingers, especially in the nights,took blood tests for known ailments,no success, on panadol and voltaren about 4 months, (doctor’s prescription) no relief. Somebody please help, before i get a nervous breakdown, i am afraid when night steps in,gosh i cry most nights,I am 67 yrs.old.
I’m 5′8 and weigh around 145…im not really trying to lose weight but gain muscle (i want to gain weight with muscle), but i want to lose my stomach fat, when i stand you can kind of see my abs but not totally, when i sit you can see all the fat (lots lol)..i just want to know how i can lose that

I do workout and have good moderate physic. Only problem is with little fat over the stomach. I know fat cannot be reduced targeting on particular part of body. Cardio can help burning fat. Here is the problem, when I start doing cardio I do loss my body weight and in month or so looks lean. But fat still remains over the stomach. What should I do to get rid of those unwanted flush. I don’t want to reduce weight and muscle, only fat over the stomach. Any specific exercise?

I am pretty skinny. But my stomach is kinda fat. I eat more food so I can get fatter, but my stomach is getting fatter, not my body. So I was wondering, how can i lose the fat on my stomach, without having to lose the weight in my arms, and thighs? I would REALLY appreciate the help. Sit-ups maybe?
