I have fat on my stomach area, but now where else, i have pecs, biceps and triceps, but i don’t have abs, are there any exercises that will loose that belly weight and are there any that will loose the belly weight and build abs at the same time.
I once heard that ephedrine could make it look like you use methamphedimines. Is this true? are there any others that can give a false test reading?
I am 19 years old, slim, and want to start lifting. I have read that about 1-2 grams of protein/pound of body weight is ideal, but what kind of protein? Other suggestions?

I have tried lifting with and without supplements and have seen minimal to no difference with or without them. Do we really need bodybuilding supplements to build muscles? What about Protein ? Do we really need to take 1 gram of it per pound of body weight?
