Ok so starting next week im going to go at it hard. Im going to be taking maybe some nitro-tech. Well actually yes, i will be taking nitro-tech. So what kinds of foods are good for you to eat while gaining muscle mass? how much should i eat? i know Chicken Breast and Steak and stuff like that is good. But it seems too fat(at least the steak does). So please help me people. I appreciate it, thanks!

I weigh 160, and i want to at least gain 10 more pounds in muscle. i have about half an inch of fat over the abdominal area. i don’t know how to loose that fat and still gain muscle. What do i do? give me a nutritional guide and work out plan. i am taking creatine and protien powders. and eating a lot.
I have arms that are quite small but are basically pure muscle. My legs are alright in size and basically pure muscle too. My stomach has a thin layer of fat that i would like to get away so i have a six pack showing very well. Is it possible to lose the fat in my stomach while gaining lots of muscle in my arms (mostly) and legs too? And if so how?
