I have been on zyban for 3 weeks and have not had a cigarette for three weeks. But the side effects are awful! Nausea, dizzyness, diarreah, headache, feeling absolutley knackered and sweating alot. I have put up with the side effects so far, dont ask me how! i want to know of anyone else quitting smoking whilst on zyban, as i am interested in how people are coping and if you have any side effects whilst on these tablets???

According to published reports, Brian McNamee, the Rocket’s former trainer, arranged a meeting with a representative of Clemens’ agents in 2004 because of concerns Clemens might fail MLB’s then newly instituted steroid test.
The meeting with Jim Murray – a representative sent by Clemens’ agents Randy and Alan Hendricks – occurred near Clemens’ New York apartment, according to McNamee’s attorney Earl Ward.

Frizzer….excellent post! The fact that McNamee is actually going out on a limb and giving SPECIFIC names is making it very difficult for either Clemens or himself to lie. All Clemens has to do now is PROVE that McNamee never spoke to Murray, and that will clear his name. On the other hand, all McNamee has to do is prove that the conversation took place and Roger is toast. I have a *guess* on who is telling the truth, but as you said…it’s only a guess.

I’ve heard that grapes are the best but I didn’t know if anyone else had heard that. I need to get rid of belly fat and FAST. I know that it’s not going to happen overnight… I don’t expect that. However, the faster, the better!!
I’m going to be trying out for a play in my area. This particular play is (to say the least) a bit show-off-ish. It will be the first of it’s kind that I have done… Assuming that I get cast.
Now, I’m worried about my looks and I want to do something about it. My problem is the fact that I’m a wickedly picky eater and can’t stand most veggies. Fruits I can eat for the most part. I know too that I also have to start exercising and quit smoking. All of this is all well and good… But… Where do you begin? This is very serious and of the utmost importance to me. I need to know what kind of schedule I should keep with work out routines, what things to eat and how often, how much, and what is the best way to quit smoking (all at the same time)?
I am looking for serious answers only. I feel as if I’m putting myself out there and the last thing that I need is to be made fun of or ridiculed. I got enough of that in school… I don’t need it now please! If you’re looking to be a jerk, don’t do it here!

Last time I quit smoking (cold turkey) I gained a ton of weight, like 35-40 lbs. Exercising did not help one bit! I’m a naturally small person usually, and I just felt like a whale. After starting again the weight came off. I’d like to quit but I know if i start to gain weight I’ll just start again. My Dr recommended Zyban and said it would help with not gaining weight. Anyone try that with success? Or anything else?
