Can I take Zantac and my iron supplement together? My doctor told me to take two Zantac pills a day and one Slow-Fe iron supplement pill a day. Well obviously they should be okay to take together since my doctor told me to take them, but I was just thinking and wouldn’t this cause severe constipation?

I am 5′3” and 109lbs, making my BMI 19.3 which is a healthy weight. I work out everyday and i am having a really hard time getting rid of excess belly fat, would it be safe to use alli? or do you have to be obese?
It has ingredients like geranium (more potent then ephedrine and just short of amphetamine) and Schizandrol A which “outperforms amphetamines cognitively”. Basically this stuff is like speed and I feel like that would have some bad side effects. I have used it for 2 months and gained 10lbs. I just bought a bottle of this yesterday and wanted to ask if anyone out there has used this before and does it work?
I’ve tried it before back when it had ephedrine and I didnt exercise much, but I still lost weight. I am on a mainly cardio exercise regimen now, and the Hydroxycut I bought no longer has ephedrine, since it was outlawed a couple years back.
Does the new formula work as well of the old one?
Any positives or negatives you encountered with this product?
