E.coli DNA Transformation Lab

my body transformation, my diet to success


I DID NOT TAKE ANY ANABOLIC STEROIDS, this is me after 5 months of hard dieting, cardio and lots of hours in the gym weight lifting. I have been naturaly training for 10 years but after a motorbike accident i had to stop and got a bit over weight and as soon as i got better i looked in the mirror and said, i have to do something about this, and this is my result.

You can run when you gain the mass you want and running will actually get you very cut up and defined, but for this “mass bulking” stage, you need to restrict it provided you are a scrawny guy like me. Still stretch before lifting and warm up before heavy sets.

i believe that they need training more than steroids but i receive some post claiming that steroids only can do it. i need your suggestions. / je pense qu’il faut beaucoup plus de travail que de stéroïdes car je recois des messages de certaines personnes qui me dise que seul les steroides suffisent a créer un corps parfait, et vous, quel est votre avis?
